Return Policy

Due to the customization of your order, we are unable to process refunds for orders unless a customer has been shipped the incorrect item and never received their original order. If you receive the wrong order, you may return the item and we will make sure you receive your correct order. Shoes must be in their original condition, must include the original shoe box and shoes bags, and must be unworn.
